Trouble at school or at home? Prepare what you want to say.
You want to bring something up — with a classmate, a teacher, your parents — and don't know how to start? Here you write down what happened, what it does to you and what you'd like instead. The tool helps you say it in a way the other person can listen to.
Takes about five minutes.

How to start
- Answer five quick questions about how stuck things are.
- Choose who you want to talk to — for example "Classmate", "Teacher", or "Family" for your parents.
- Write what happened in your own words. The tool asks back where a sentence is more likely to start a row.
- At the end you have a first sentence — and a calm answer in case the other person blocks.
